Training

Sandau Enterprises UK assess the quality of management and offer advice on what we perceive as training needs for current management. 

This includes suitability of the person to their position, their skill in dealing with a variety of situations, the way they treat and are treated by those around them, the effect they are having on your business and what can be done to improve their skills. 

All training for management skills is offered ‘in house’ by Sandau Enterprises UK, and is done at your location.

Improvements 

Sandau Enterprises UK believe that improvements can be made to most managers skills at a supervisory level, this is usually due to them coming from the ranks and having had a few hours of training from the business.  Which has usually concentrated on doing the work rather than management skills. 

What Sandau Enterprises UK offer is a comprehensive course that is broken down into three levels, basic, for supervisory managers, advanced, for the higher levels of management and business management for those who are in a position to expand and build a business, ideal for the serious self employed person who has staff that they have to manage as well as the business itself.
