Sandau Enterprises UK do not have much small print in that we believe that there should not be a need for lengthy legal documents.  Sandau Enterprises UK will do what is agreed during our first discussions unless there are circumstances that prevent this.  In which case, you will be informed.  Regular contact will be made in order to adapt to situations that arise. 

Payment will be agreed during the initial discussions and Sandau Enterprises UK will try to accommodate all budgets and will discuss and agree prices at the outset.

Bear in mind that Sandau Enterprises UK will amend prices according to extra services that you request.  Sandau Enterprises UK will accept payments in instalments with a contract to the effect that you will pay the full amount in the time frame stated.  This is not credit but an agreement to pay for the services received.

Late payment will incur a cumulative fee of £25 per day, i.e. the first day you pay late without prior agreement you owe an extra £25.  The second day you will owe £75, the second day attracts £50 as the £25 is cumulative, plus the £25 for the first day.  On the third day you will owe £150 extra, three times the £25 = £75,  as it is the third day and £75 for the first two days.

In other words, do not pay late with out giving a full week in order to make new arrangements, that means a whole 168 hours.  Sandau Enterprises UK will start proceedings within a week of payment failure and no contact to resolve the matter. 

Finally, Sandau Enterprises UK offer advice and accept no responsibility for ill effects of that advice.  It is given in your best interests but it is your choice as to what you do with it and how you use it.  Sandau Enterprises UK wish you the very best and hope to help you as much as possible.

Though Sandau Enterprises UK act in total confidentiality, we cannot ensure this when information is not in our hands,  i.e. e-mails being hacked and mail intercepted or incorrectly mailed.

However, Sandau Enterprises UK will never divulge information to other clients or anyone else about you.

Any monies paid to us are not refundable, so be sure that you are happy with the service you have received.
